CREATING public art

At the core of our mission is the creation of new public art in the community.

By expanding resources and tools for local artists, we hope to advance the goals and careers of public art makers in the area.
WPA hopes to create opportunities and resources in equal measure for aspiring, young artists and established local artists, alike.

We also seek to facilitate a public art-making process that centers marginalized voices, advances community partnerships, and increases local access to art.
