Chris McNaboe is Chief Executive Officer/President,  Horizons, Inc. and Horizons Programs, Inc. She  has administered operations at Kerri Gallery since 2010 in a restored 1890 Main St storefront and promotes Kerri Quirk ,Artist . President of Thread City Development which supports the Downtown business community ,Chris is passionate about small businesses as the heart of small cities. Co-Founder, Camp Crossroads, Chris has an MS., Educational Administration & Supervision, B. S. Special Education, A. A. Liberal Arts and is the recipient of  the Outstanding Alumnae Award, St. Joseph College.
